What is the maximum amount of dmg i should expect using nado and hurricane if i have a close to optimal gear set up?

5k to 6k damage or more for nado depending on synergies maxed and plus skills items
dunno about hurricane because i've never played windy
My lvl 84 windy does 7046-7385 tornado and 2898-3013 hurricane.
He is lvl 84.
He uses 2x soj, hoto, spirit, +5 nado hat, enigma, maras, arach, frosties, treks, 9x ele gcs, DTorch, and anni all giving an eventual lvl 51 nado and 48 hurricane.
