quick weapon question for melee enchantress

I am planning on building a melee enchantress sorc, and I am wondering what you guys think would be the best weapon. I have read through all of the guides, and they all list the same weapon choices, but dont say much about which ones work the best. I have already decided to get a beast for the werebear form/fanat, but I would like another weapon. The other weapons that are commonly mentioned are the Passion runeword, EBOTD, and a phase blade w/ 5 shael, and 1 eth. Also, I just found a 7ed 6soc phase blade last night that I could use. All three are very nice, and attainable, so which one do you think would suit melee enchantress best?

Forget about passion if you want the ugly bear. You can't zeal in wereforms (that would be scary......)

Don't bother with EBOTD, as your physical damage is tiny compared to your elemental damage. Your top priority is IAS, followed by ITD or +AR, then random helpful things like resists or +skills. The phase blade fits this perfectly, but you want to use 4x eth, 2x shael. That gives you a fast attack, and 100% chance to hit everything.

Thanks for info, and my next question, What would represent an all around better melee enchantress, werebear + 4eth,2shael pb, or regular form w/ passion pb? also, how much is beast going for in uswest nl these days? I realize bear form has high AR and Def, but with passion, I can cast, tp, etc. and would have zeal. Any opinions would be appreciated.
