IAS/ED Jewels? where?

Hi,I am new here.

Where can I find those IAS/ED jewels which everyone uses? I have played D2x Many times...but never found a one.

edit: from which level will I be able to buy/gamble cruel weapons ?

most 40ed/15ias jewels are duped. no, ALL of them are duped. chances are the first original 40/15 jewel used to duped all these many duplicates is probably used.

That depends on the weapon you want to buy. I suggest reading the stickied Item tutorial to understand the whole thing.

That depends on the weapon you want to buy.

It, does, but a level 70 character can get Cruel on any eligible weapon type he/she can see in the trading windows.

The really high-end weapon types (the qlvl 85 ones, like Giant Thresher, Berserker Axe) requires the character to be level 80 to see those weapon types for sale at all.


On the opposite end, we have stuff like Short Sword, which can get Cruel when you shop with a level 46 character.

Regular monsters in L66 or higher areas can drop the 15/31-40 ones, i.e. everywhere in hell mode and in the nightmare Worldstone Keep level 3 and Baal's Throne Room. Lower ones drop earlier, of course.
