Cant find IK armor

Im sure this has been asked several times over but I can't seem to find the armor. I have run Hell Baal quite a bit and have had no luck. Is there anywhere else it is likely to drop. Can Hell Diablo drop it? Im using my hammerdin to mf right now but sadly he only has around 170 mf. I really dont like running Hell Baal since my Hammerdin has no Enigma and it takes forever plus I die alot.

Reguler monsters from level 83+ areas, champions from L81+ areas and bosses and their minions from L80+ areas can drop IK armor and other items from treasure class 87 if their item level doesn't exceed the monster level (equals area level for regular monsters, area level +2 for champions and area level +3 for bosses and their minions). For some reason, Diablo and Mephisto cannot drop it, but all monsters around them can.

A hammerdin will have a good time in the Chaos Sanctuarium, the place where Diablo is, as soon as he is behind the tight places at its entrance. It's a L85 area, the highest in the game, together with a few other areas, and it's rather crowded as well.

Since IK armor is so rare, it's a long shot trying to get it to drop. A faster approach would be to continue MFing and search for stuff to trade for it.

This ladder I've found about 5 IK armors in Ancient Tunnels area in Act 2. My friends have also found a couple there so it looks like a good area if you look for one. Have also found other stuffz like Stormlash, Tal arm, Gris Caddy in that area.

The area is more suitable for sorcs though, dunno how effective hammers are in there (it's Act 2 sewer layout) - might wanna try CS with the hammer (as already said).
