are there any builds using a Dragonscale? I, personally, find it a cool shield, but

I was pissed once I ID'd the Zakarum Shield that dropped while doing a Mephisto run only to find out it was a Dragonscale Zak Shield *groan*. It's a level 80 shield so doubt many builds out there are using one since your build is pretty much complete by the mid 70's.
