Enigma Javazon - Teleport

How good is Enigma on a Javazon, for teleporting? Amazons have the worst casting speed in the game, 19 fpc... I can guess it is next impossible to teleport through nasty areas in Hell like other classes can, or am I wrong?

Perhpahs with Griffons (20 fcr), Wizpike on switch (50 fcr) and a Spirit Shield (up to 35 fcr), her cast speed can be up to a decent number?

What you listed would get her to 12 fpc, she'll max out at 11 fpc with 152%. Up to you to decide if that sounds worthwhile.
