Yeah, so I finally found my first set of keys. I attempted to kill Lillith but was having real trouble. I took the risk of asking on Bnet for some help. Someone came in, helped, quickly grabbed the drop and quit.

That'll learn me to trust anyone.

A valuable lesson. I'd say never trust anyone you meet on b.net. Next time, wait in the game and come to these forums and post for help in one of the help threads. The USeast forum has a help sticky at the top... You can ask for uber help and be more confident that you'll get a trustworthy person. The people on this forum are (mostly) honest and helpful. Sorry for your loss.

gimmie about a week and my uber killer will be ready. I do have a guy I met on Bnet and we will uber together, we been playing about 2 months tother and he has never ripped me off. he has actually given me some awesome gear too.. and not that low end crap that most people give.

be careful of ppl who act nice on bnet through pub games. there have been a few cases posted here where the supposidly friend that our forumer met over bnet never gave back some high end items that one leant another and so fourth. i'd suggest if u need help, ask this forum as most if not all of us here would be glad to help if u ask for it.

Unfortunately now you have been introduced to battlenet.

Someone already mentioned the "help" topics.

There is also a player matchup forum. If you post there the times you are available to play, what character you will mainly play, and what type of character you are looking to play with you, you may find someone(s) who plays when you do who will be honest. Just remember not to be a grinch :xmas7: yourself and not grab all the good loot :xmas24: and you may find a friend you can depend on. :xmas23:
