Shako is sort of pointless. There are better helms out there for a smiter.

Why not use Guillaume's Face as a helm for even more CB.

So I decided to do some Uber trist runs and since I am pretty rich I think the following setup will be what I use:
Last Wish PB
Fortitude
Exile
Eth Treks
Dracs
Bk ring
Ravenfrost ring
Mara's
Um'd Shako
Dungos

Spirit and CTA on switch
combat/life gc's
anni

So I figured I could have 4k+ life, 40k defense(well it does not matter in uber trist anyways), 2.5k+ Smite damage with 60%+ CB, 25% OW, Prevent Monster Heal, 80%+ resists, and most importantly, 30% chance for Life Tap(wow)!

So I think that with this setup I will be invincible in uber trist and I should easily solo it in 8 player games. Any advice?

Let's look at your resists.
56 from Fade (Last Wish, if it activates)
30 from Fort
45 from Exile
30 from mara's
15 from shako
20 from anni
30 from anya

That's 226. Meph's conviction aura toasts about 120 of that. Congratulations, you're now at zero resists. Even with over 50% light resist (after conviction) his charged bolt, if I eat the entire thing, can cause me problems.

Aside from being overly expensive (I can solo them in eight player games for a fraction of this cost on nonladder), this wouldn't be invincible simply for your resists.

Also, just because I feel like being picky, it's only a 27.5% chance to cast life tap because of the way chance to cast works. And you really don't need that much. The 5% on drac's is fine, if you're willing to carry a life tap wand with you and smack them with a charge of it before you run in and try to beat them over the head. You'd be much better served by replacing your exile with a herald of zakarum, in my opinion, because of the increased damage (from higher skills), and increased resistances. Defense doesn't matter, it's their elemental stuff that hurts.

last wish is the best wep if you are rich otherwise death is perfectly fine,also black,stormlash ,pretty much anything with 30% cb up

amite the ubes, and zeal the minions ...

Resist is fine, use salvation. That gives +75 at least. It slows down the run, though. If you really want resist...... you can try a Kira's for helm, since shako is useless anyways.

Easiest way is to actually try it out. :xmas10: Once in a while someone would post their game public because they can't do them.

No, do not use salvation, only use if there is a second paladin available in game, otherwise, fana 24/7 activation. Change fort to CoH, and Shako to perfect Kira's guardian with 15%allresists/15ias jewel, Perfect helm for your setup, it will give you 85 resists with JUST the helm itself. By the way, Upped HoZ Umed > Eexile at any resists

By the way, Upped HoZ Umed > Eexile at any resistsI agree, if you are rich enough to afford all that (CoH, mara, pref Kira's). I am not......, so I went with a 66 Kiras and still have to use salvation on mine. :xmas2: I made my setup so that I don't have to pre-buff, though, since they can wear off at the worse possible moment.

Switch shako for guil and treks for gore rider.50% crushing blow from these is all you need. The poison res from treks is useless in tristram. Use grief as weapon. Even a maxed cb build will take a little while to reduce ubers' life to zero,grief will do that in no time.

A pure smite imho is a much more useful build than a zeal/smite hybrid.

By the way, mephi cuts light/cold/fire resists by 176% and not by 120.
