Poison length reduction

If I put on Iratha's Amulet (Poison length reduced by 75%), does that mean when I get poisoned I am green for a lot less time, or when I poison other monsters they are poisoned for less time?

you got the right answer the first one of em it is :=) you get poisned for 75% less time :=)

There is also a nm and hell penalty for poison length reduction just like for resists. -40 for nm and -100 for hell.
