as you can see, there are many doubts i have on the gear, help me out thanks :P

rest to ur cold mastery, 1pt to shiver armor helps too, but depends if u have enough +sk items for CM

stat points wise, just add every spare into life :/
prepare ur gear beforehead, dont waste point to excessive str, i vote for life rather than block as u pvm

regarding the helmet and weapon, i think i'll go for a shako and fathoms i guess.

but maybe i would like a convincing answer to my question on belts lol, thanks :P

Arachnid is good if you need the fcr or dr but if you want more damage then snowclash id better since it gives +2 to bliz and +? to other bliz-sorc skills.

i reckon 7k+ damage of blizzard... but is that enough along with about -170 enemy cold resists, in PvM and PvP?
