Leap Skill: some questions

hey so i wanna make a bvc, however i would like to know w few more things about leap

1. whats the stun length on the leap? and how long does it last? does that figure include the time taken for the hostile opponent to be pushed backwards?

2. is there a cut on the stun length in pvp? say stun length reduced by 1/6th or something.

3. theres been losts of debats as to what skill lvl leap u need to affect the entire screen. so how far does a certain lvl cover? and for a bvc, why or why not, should i max out leap? and for those bvc'ers out there, what is the total skill bonus u get from your items and bo? what lvl after skill bonus is good enough for a good leap radius?

Leap stun knocks you back twice, putting you in FHR animation twice.

2. is there a cut on the stun length in pvp? say stun length reduced by 1/6th or something.

It's based on the target's FHR animation speed.

Knockback Radius = ( 1.98 + ( LevelLeap * 0.66) )

You probably want a full screen knockback which is the diagonal distance, and it differs between whether you are in 640x480 or 800x600.


Screen Size Visible Screen Width Height
640 x 480 640 x 432 13.3 yards 18 yards
800 x 600 800 x 552 16.7 yards 23 yards

So:

Resolution of 640 X 480 requires a distance of 11.19 Yards to reach the far corners of a screen.
Resolution of 800 X 600 requires a distance of 14.212 Yards to reach the far corners of a screen.

about the screeen thingy. do most ppl play in 640 of 800? and do i change it but right clicking on my desktop and changing it in settings? will that change the game?

You can change it in-game by pressing ESC go to Options -> Video -> Resolution, or something like that. I would get the full kb radius for a 800x600, as most duelers play in that resolution.
