Been a while since I was here but thought i better drop a few lines
My Stats
Currently lev 73 kickassassa teamed up with act5 barb
I have a total of 503mf (barb 174 me 329)
After nearly 2 years of playing ...at last I have just got a SOJ from Nghtmare Baal wooohooo! (its the first unique ring that has dropped since i decided to carry both the manald heal + nagelring and bingo its an SOJ)
Q1
Is this purely coincidental it was an SOJ or does the fact that I was wearing the other 2 rings influence the drop?
Q2
I have a nice Swordguard ExecutionerSword carried by my Barb ..can this item be "upped" if so will the damage 131-224 increase?
Plus how do i do this lol

A1: If it is 1.10/1.11, it's pure coincidence. In some of the previous patches (1.06?,1.07) it has an influence.

A2:
1 Lum Rune + 1 Pul Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Exceptional Unique Weapon = Elite Version of Weapon (Ladder Only)
This formula changes the base item type from the exceptional to elite version. For example a Cleaver is turned into a Small Crescent. This does NOT convert the item to the Elite Unique version of the Exceptional Unique Item. Unique item bonuses remain the same; only the item it's based on is upgraded. This can be used to upgrade Ethereal Items also. They will continue to be Ethereal after they are upgraded. You cannot do this formula unless you are using a Ladder Character. Also if the item is socketed, then jewels or runes and their mods will also remain.

And yes, if it will be upped, the damage will go higher. Though I would recommend not to up Swordguard, it's not worth the runes imho.
