fury Dmg Jewel question

I was wondering what would do more damaeg for a fury druid to be socketed into my upped jalals, a 7 fhr 40 ed jewel, or a 7fhr 10enh dmg 8 min dmg
4 max dmg jewel.

Im not really sure about this, but if you know thatd be neat.

The 40 ed jewel. Unless your weapon has less than ~23 average damage
