I am looking to get my hands on an Arreats. Where is the best place (or only place?) to likely find one dropped. Can it be found in Nightmare or is it a Hell only dropped item?

Any insight is much appreciated.

Keep killing the Ancients and hope they drop one. It's ARREAT's Face, and u are on the MOUNT ARREAT, aye?

best chances to drop, acording to ATMA drop calc:
NM Baal
Hell Andy (bugged quest drop)
Hell Meph

You can probably trade for a low one for pul or so, if you get frustrated trying to MF one. They're in a pretty crowded treasure class.

I found two in a 3 player norm game on the bloody foothills. Well, my friend did but it was friggin hilarious.

well, it is possible to find two in the same game, but only in a double drop. But I don't think they can drop so early inthe game.

edit: they can't drop in normal. Not even norm Baal can drop it.

i found one in Hell chaos from Lord deceis, and hilch droped me 195/6ll:xmas17: while i was runing him for keys..

I will try to find one on MF runs with NM Baal, Hell Andy and Meph.

Another place to look would be NM cows. Last ladder i found 4 of them there. This ladder i've only found one there so far. :xmas30:
