Vidala's & pierce

Was checking out sets on areat summit and noticed that as complete set vidalas gives 50% piercing attack.

Was wondering if this would stack with amazon's pierce to provide 100% chacne to pierce?

Know damage would be pathetic but was thinking might prove tasty with guided zon backed up with an enchanter.

Yes it could provide 100% peirce

Although it is completely useless on a high lvl, and guided arrow doesnt peirce
