Wind Druid Help Plz

Hey all...I just made my first wind druid and I wanted some advice. I was wondering if I should put any points in Dex. Im not gonna be pvp'ing and I dont have a high level shield...in fast im just trying to scrape together runes to make myself some decent gear as I have none whatsoever. So is it even gonna be worth it for me to pump dex?

What?!? Blocking has saved my butt on many occasions, whether from stupidity or lag. Max block is the way to go.

Going max block or no dex is just two different options. If you don't know which shield you'll be using or the shield will have low chance to block (i.e. Lidless) then base dex is the way to go.

I agree but if you don't even know which shield you'll be using getting the right amount of dex is impossible.

If you play ladder, you'll have spirit in no time.
Leave the dex alone.

If you get some mid-runes for free, you'll have Sanctuary lickety split.
Leave the dex alone.

If you're clever and poor, you can make Splendor.

Make it in the exceptional version of a Tower shield, or in a Dragon shield.
Leave the dex alone.

Maybe you'll get REALLY lucky and an SS will pop off meph during your hell rush. Eld it, and leave the dex alone.

Sounds good...where should I go looking for the sheild with the sockets and a lum rune?

In case NM and Hell Forge doesn't drop you a Lum rune, Lum can be bought for a handful of PGems.

Which are and nobody mention:

1)Whitstan's with 87% block!!!! for druid 53 str req 22% all res if Umed or 19% whith PD
2)Mosser's with 57% block 53 str req 25% all res and 2 soc (if eld it x2 can get 71%block)
