Upping Items

Hey can anyone tell me how to up items like boots (gore riders) and things like vipermagi, or at least give me a link to a previous post... the search function dosn't seem to be working for me!

but remember..if ur on non-ladder u can up stuff that r above normal..so u cant up vipermagi orgoreriders on nonladder..u can do it on ladder tho..
