Edge & Harmony questions

Hello there.

I am playing a sorceress and use a bow as a switch.
I am currently using Edge to buy cheaper potions, and gamble for less money. I was wondering how -15% for vendor prices would react when I will put my hands on a Gheeds charm. Does it add ?

But more importantly there is something I would like to know about Harmony.
-Does it give the Valkyrie skill to a non-amazon ? If this is the case, I will definitely use it.
-If so, does generall + skill affect it ?

I would appreciate any information on this before spending my runes.

1) Yes, the -% cost from Gheeds and Edge will stack, enabling you to buy stuff at even cheaper prices.
2) Yes, since it says +x to Valk and does not have "Amazon only", the Valk is useable by non-Amazon players. Only +ALL skills will raise the Valk's level.
