im making a daggermancer untwinked for pvm/pvp

is maxed block necessary?

is maxed block necessary?

Necessary, no. Advisable, yes. You'll be holding a shield anyway. Max block helps with your AR and your damage. It'll also help your BA survive longer. It certainly can not do any harm.
