Does holy freeze slow ww?

Does slow from items such as clegs gloves and the skill holy freeze slow down ww __attack speed__ or does it still attack each 4:th frame? I'm under the impression that the latter is correct, just need to kill off some myths. Hal/RTB/anyone competent?

from my experience, it doesn't slow ww.
I've tesye this with my friens smiter - he use clegs/ nosf coil, doom ba.
he hit me twice and followed my ww - got ripped apart.

Whirlwind still attacks at the same speed, the difference being that since your movement speed is slowed, targets stay in range much longer, which in effect makes whirlwind much dearlier in such circumstances.

yeah its a common mistake ppl make they put on doom and prolly clegs for slow but what they dont realise is that it only affects the whirlwind movement speed not the actual attack so this means it keeps the whirlwind barb or Whirlwind sin in ur range longer so that means they willl land more hits in one whirlwind.

So in reality the slow helps a Whirlwind type character.
