obedience rw good?

I am making a pvm werewolf druid using obedience because I can't afford high end stuff. Would a 14 ed cryptic axe be good to use?

The lack of IAS on Obedience is going to hurt. If you want to go with a polearm, why not use Tomb Reaver? A low one shouldn't be too expensive.

I got one with 3 holes in it. Would 2 shaels and an amn be good or would the extra shael be a waste?
