the best amazon?

i´ve looked around, searched on the forums, but i dont really find that search function to my liking.
either im doing it wrong, or its just not build the way i want it to be ;) :P

well.. the question is, (probably many of these have been posted before, but i cant find answer to em) ,
what is the best amazon ?? bowamazon to be precise. pvm prob. should be added aswell =)

would be glad if someone could help me out with telling me how much dmg they have acchieved with their different amazons etc.

im looking for a good build, but most important a fun one.

There is a sticky up above that has several builds and other useful info in it. Check it out. Other than that, there are several bowazon builds that are fun. Many people like a charged strike/strafe build. Others like a strafe/freezing arrow build. Each has it's drawbacks, though. CS is a great boss killer, but has trouble against LI's. But that is what strafe is for. The other is a great crowd killing build, and OK against bosses.

It really comes down to which drawback you can handle most. What gear do you have available? Both are the best bowa builds and both are fun. Be prepared to use a lot of mana pots until about level 40 or 50, which can be annoying. But once you get to hell, the real challenge begins.

yeah... think i looked at it, but it didnt say which was the best, ( but usually "the best" is the one u like the most.) , but most imoprtantly it didnt show any numbers of dmg, which would be pretty fun to see :)
maybe i´ll go for the cs / strafe kind then =) u´made one ? if so, what dmg did i produce? "once you get to hell, the real challenge begins" what do u mean? :P is it too hard for an bowazon to play in hell ?

You don't need mana pots pass lvl 27...... ONE WEAPON TO RULE THEM ALL! (hint: use insight) Be warned that strafers are usually low vit builds, so ya, the fun is there......

there is no ultimate zon build

lightning javazons will dominate in one situation and fall apart in another

strafezon will dominate in one situation and fall apart in another

and if you are used to hammerdin-type power quit now

bowazons/javazons/zons in general are not hammerdins and will never approach that power

this is both with 60-70 base vitality and several small/large sustenance/vita charms

- high dex is by far the main source of a bowazon's physical damage
- you can add fancy stuff like fort and war travs and charms but in the end
the vast majority of your damage comes from dexterity so you want to pump that like crazy
- sufficient life = being able to survive 1-3 hits long enough to chug a rejuv pot, if you don't have such reaction time then pump more vitality
- valk + merc + decoy, a bowazon has multiple targets to protect herself
- many bowazons actually go base vitality and use charms to boost their life to 500+

typical bowazon base stat setup

60-100 base str
300+ base dex
30-80 base vit
none in energy

10 x perf small vita charms = 200 extra life

5 x perf large vita charms = 175

zons start with 50 hp

at level 90 that means 89 level-ups so an extra 178 hp

so at level 90 with base vita and no life boosting equipment/charms of any kind she will have 228 hp

invest 40 more vitality, that means an extra 120 hp

228 + 120 + 175 + 200 = 723 hp

add on items such as war travs (+10 vit = 30 hp), tal's mask (+60 hp) and fort (+life/level) and you see how i hit such a number with 60 vitality, when i was rich

right i agree with 500-600 range but he said 800...

And you forgot in your calculation act3 potion quest which is a further +60hp when all 3 are completed.
