I currently have a level 43 bowazon, she has 22 points to spend.
Equipment:
-Treachery
-Kuku Shakaku, Shael'd
-InfernoStride
-Mav's gloves (going to use 20% IAS gloves)
-Angelic rings/ammy (going to use ravenfrost)
-crappy helm i dont want to even talk about (lol)

I was going to make a strafezon, but am starting to think twice about it, i have only spent 2-3 points in strafe, i have put 1 point in the prerequisites for most of the stuff i plan on atleast having some points in... i looked through the guid post, and haven't found a guide that really makes me go "OOOH!!! THAT ONE" yet. i have put 1 point in multi, and have it higher lvl (+skillerstuff) and have seen how much potential it has. is there a guide for a strafe/multi zon around that my eyes have yet to see? yargg!!! i'm bamboozeled as to were to put my 22 points....lol any help or redirection would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I AM Wanting to do pvm, if it is both than fine, but pvm>pvp for ME.

you don't see the true power of strafe at level 2-3

try level 20+

Yea, strafe is a very solid choice, but you need a fast bow (upped WWS is my fave choice) and a good secondary skill, FA comes to mind immediately.

Multi is another Crowd control option, but I have a soft spot in my heart for Strafe so I'd suggest trying it out, max it up and if you don't like it, you can always restart, with a decent character to get ya going through normal, lvl 43 is a matter of a couple hours.

Cheers

For PVM, physical damage based:
Max strafe and put max 6-8 into multi. Try to discover which is better in which situation. Some raw rules: strafe for close or slower (standing) monsters or tight groups, multi for offscreen shoots or fast running monsters (like little flayer guy running up and down on the other side of the river).
Critical strike and pierce your damage in an invisible way (not shown in the character screen). People usually put enough points to reach ~60% critical, ~70% pierce (with +skills). Don't max them, they have diminishing returns. Penetrate worth maxing if your planned endgame bow doesn't have huge AR boost and/or Ignore Target Defense mods.
Defensive passive skills (dodge, avoid, evade) - basically 1 point is enough here. If you have good damage and fast attack speed (you'll need in hell difficulty) and some amazon experiences you'll get hit by a very few ranged only attacks and life leech should fill you life bulb in the next 1-2 seconds.
Valkirye - with 17-20 hard points she becomes an excellent tank, except she is slow and stupid like a zombie. She won't kill much but has a lot of life and defense so she stays alive long in big fire too. Think of her as your extra defense.

ok this is what i get from what u guyz are saying. max strafe, put about 5-8 points into multi arrow, and get pierce, critical strike, up to about 50%, and get dodge or evade up to 50% (forget which one's better

you don't need more than 1/1/1 D/A/E passives in pvm, especially for strafe

strafe + high passives = strafe evasion lock = no leeching for you = dead zon
