I just have a few questions to help me build my Frostmaiden/Multishot zon

She will primarialy be a frost maiden with MS to solve any cold immune 'problems'
I opted away from strafe since most of my equipment is designed to boost cold damage. Hence very little IAS. This will be a PvM zon.

1. I plan on using ICE GmB. This bow has ignore target defense. How does ITD work? More to the point what is the effect of ITD? Does it mean I won't need to max Penetrate (for AR for MS) to get a decent chance to hit?

2. Guided Arrow. I've seen most people comment that its worthless unless you PvP. However, I'm going to have a lot of +skill items to pump my cold damage. This means I'll only put 1 pt in MS, but still have it at lvl 15ish. With max Valk, cold & freezing arrow I'm going to have a heap of pts left over, especially if the above ITD means I can I only need 1 pt in Penetrate. I'm using Razortail & +skills to get max Pierce.
So the question at the end of all that is, should I spend 20 pts to get Guided Arrow for use as a boss killer? It does add damage per lvl. And if not, where do I spend them & why, given that I think my biggest difficulty will be act bosses? Atm my switch will have CtA, otherwise LF would be a goer.

Any and all advice/constructive critcism will be appreciated

thks

>> Hmz I think Multishot is more IAS dependant than Strafe... slow multi just doesn't cut it. Depends on what IAS breaks you actualyl plan on reaching.

>> ITD ignores defense of target which means the chance to hit formula is only affected by difference between your and monster level, but cannot exceed 95% chance in any case. It doesn't work on act bosses and unique monsters however, so having pts into penetrate is not a bad idea esp.if act-boss-killing is in your plans.

>> I don't think it's worth maxing GA for bosskilling, it just isn't as good as strafe. Other than that you might want to improve critical strike, d/a/e, Valk... not sure about LF though, I'm not a fan of hybrid zons.

Guided is a one point wonder for pvm. 1 point is all you need and with that you can take down immune to cold bosses
