Runemaster for Conc Barb

I'm trying to make my conc barb kickass and its not going as well as I planned.
Im using:Arreats, Shaft, Whistan Shld, magnus gloves, sig belt(ug), waterwalks, and sarcens ammy. For wep I have a choice between the gimmershred flying axes or a 5os runemaster axe I just found.

I know I need to improve the sig belt and get ss and up the shaft, but what should I put into the runemaster to make it any good. 4xeth and a max dmg jewel? shaels? ed jewels?

any other tips would be much appreciated too. thanks

Shaels. The breakpoints for ettin axes with concentrate are:

32% for 13 frames
48% for 12
70% for 11
105% for 10
and there's no way you'll get to 9.

So, you need to get 105% ias between shaels and other equipment you'll be wearing. You REALLY need to get a highlord's wrath; that will give you 20% ias and a huge amount of deadly strike. So, you need 75% more ias; socket the runemaster with 3 shaels and an IAS jewel, or 4 shaels, and the 5th socket is up to you.

If you're wealthy, you could put 5 ias jewels with second mods (ed/ias, for example); that, along with highlord's, would get you to 10 frames, which I'd consider the bare minimum you want with conc.

i heard that crescent moon rune word is good for conc barbs. would that be worth making in zerker axe?

I like cresent moon a lot, and if you have a berserker axe with 3 sockets, it would be great for it. I wouldn't go out of your way to trade for one though, when you can just get some shaels and use your runemaster.
