I am a pvm and pvp windy druid - can someone pls tell me the best gear I should have.

Don't forget that Spirit has 50%+ Fhr :)

And also, alot of people use Storm Shield on primary weapon set; you may want to switch to storm when PvP, and Spirit for PvM.

spirit has 55% fhr built into it. i believe its a constant and wont vary. there are 2 ways u can do this, if using ss, go for max block. If ur planning on using spirit, then dont put any dex at all as u'll need 300+ for max block. windys need a lot of life even with cyclone armor on.
if going pvp, u'll need ss with max block. if just pvm, then any will work.

here is my gear i use

weapon - 38 hoto
shield - spirit monarch 34fcr
gloves - magefists
armor - arch enigma (would of settled for MP if i ever found one)
belt - arach
boots - eth treks
helm - 2 druid skills / 2 nado / 3 cyclone armor / shaeld
rings - 2x sojs
ammy - 28 maras (will settle for +2 druid fcr ammy if i craft one)
torch
anni
9x ele gcs

merc gear: (a1 cold) i like to use this as she can add dmg for my bear (of course with gear shes using) as well as not die to im like most other a2 mercs.
