wut does the damage:231 percent mean?? is it the damage of the weapon i am using? if someone could clear that up i would appreciate it.

The displayed damage is the damage dealt (not counting external boosters such as Might and Amp Damage/Decrepify, of course).

The damage % is the boost given by the Skeleton Mastery skill; it is already incorporated into the displayed damage. You need it to get back to the base damage, if you want to calculate the damage with Might.

Myrakh, I believe you are incorrect. The % listed here is actually coming from Raise Skeleton. Skeleton Mastery has another % increase, but it is less than the one from Raise Skeleton.
