If I pick up an item and it's title is white, how can I tell if it's Normal, Exceptional, or Elite? Does it says so in the title?

this will help u out :) and no it wont say it in the title, u just have to remember these sort of things.

Yes, the title says it all, in a way:

If the name sounds normal, then it is normal.
If it sounds exotic, but you see it somewhat often, then it is exeptional.
If it sounds exotic, but you don't see it often (other than trade games), then it is elite.

You can also look at the defense/damage range and make a guess on that. :lol:
