At that point you will be level 90+ (assuming you made the effort for Teleport). :lol: Hell, you could probably tank them with that set-up at level 90+.

Should be a fine setup, but dont forget a point in tele and 1 in static. As for gear, if you are planning in using a swich you could probably use ali/rhyme on switch and then occy/fathom/ with a SS/mosers, unless you are using a CtA.

With a pure cold sorc at level 90+ you could almost be naked and still be able to do Meph and Andy, so no worries on the gear.

One comment I would make is before you start on the second blizz synergy put enough in CM to be in the 13-17 range including +skills. And max CM before you start on the third blizz synergy. CM is more useful (for awhile) than synergies and will help you kill quicker. At skill level 17 you are -100% (if I remember correctly) which is the max amount used against monsters without resistances so get there early then max above it later.
