Me vs Uber Trist [Take 2]

After getting pounded in uber trist a few weeks ago, ive finally completed another set of keys. Once again I was wondering if some brave soul can kill the ubers for me. I can provide support with my hammerdin and can offer a summon or traps or java GC for payment. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I would prefer to deal with forum regulars :)

I didn't realize that simply attaining a set of keys earned one a torch. I thought the rest of the quest was part of it too...

No offense, I imagine someone will gladly help you just for the thrill of taking them on... just seems kinda lame to me to get some keys and immediately have someone else do the fun part for you.

It usually doesn't... however...

Clan Tiamat has been getting into the habit of taking keys and trading Torch's, although the problem with it is that people might want their own torch drop, or Sorc torch's.

A) We've done 35 runs and have only gotten 1 Sorc torch to drop... ever... (wtf..)
B) Doing all of the quest is part of the thrill and the challenge of it all, we can't even garauntee your safety. We have done it enough times to know what we are supposed to and need to do.

Now, I (when I say I, I mean we) am offering up my services to fight the ubers... but this entails that we trade you a torch (depending on what we have) for a set of keys and then run it ourselves. We've also had a lot of people asking to come along.. its kinda possible, but when we run there is always a risk of death if you do not follow along, as well as lame-o's that steal the drop. I'm not saying that any of you will, but it can happen.

The amount of torches that we have tradable are most of the sucky classes... Assassin, Druid, Necro (I think) and possibly Paladin. We have others, but they are being used.

That's an intriguing offer Drakstyr; I'm gonna wait a while longer and see if any other mercenaries will offer their services before letting you know. Would you happen to have any zon torches?

I also forgot to indicate that I'm on HCLEast in my original post.

hrm, i think ive done a total of 20 without a sork torch. no druids yet though, and only 2 pally 1 nec, so not like i'm getting scrood just one way or anything.

i do have a smiter that can take on the ubers, but as people here already said, im hesitant of any deals not involving my f list. its not that i dont like u or anything, it just takes too much effort on my part so someone can leech a torch.

No rush on your part, we aren't going anywhere soon, usually on the accounts of *Drakstyr (me), and *sajastar (leader)
