how do you think hoto in a staff would work? i was thinking 3fb 3es 3fm/warmth/tele. this is for my es/fb sorc btw. skills are going to be: 20tk 20firebolt 20fireball 20mete 20fm 1point in tele and warmth. yes, no hard points in es.(was thinking of using 3es perf fire ormus, prolly w/ fire facet x/-5, along w/ the hoto staffs es, if i find one w/ the right+skills, i would get 75-78 es)

ps even if this dosn't work and i end up using orb/shield, how much mana and life should i be aiming for?(w/ 73% absorb from es)

I have never seen a HOTO not in a Flail, so I checked Arreat Summit and was surprised, that this could also be socketed in staves, so that par would work. However about the build, I have no idea, if that would work. If I were you, I would try to find a charakter editor and test this in single player, before I would maybe waste a Vex.

well, u still need a decent amount of life to sustain poison dmg, and the remaining % of damage that don't goes into your mana...

maybe like, 600 or 700 life? and 2500 mana.
