I've never played necro of any kind. I'm looking for making a psn nova /Bone spear necro(if there is such thing called).
so far i have
spare shako,enigma,trang armor,gloves,and the trang shield thingy. necro torch,+1 gc. I could even use a Hoto.
Why king of Leoric,which of i can get 1 easily.brother got 2.

I read a few threats and those say to have trang glove,but why? its' not for what i need, or is the trang bonuses are that good?

i figured this so far.
shako+2
enigma+2
a +3 ammy(if there is such)
trang shield +3
hoto +3
arach +1
2sojs and gc's and torch.
I need boot and glove advices..what shall i get?

Trang Gloves give you +2 curses and 20% fcr, that is why they are recommended for almost all necros.
Arm of King Leoric is a Summoners best choice, but since you will go Poisen and Bone there will be betters. Death Web might be a choice.
You could either get a magi +3 p&b or a crafted +2 necro with fcr and other nice mods. Maras would be nice too.
Boots are a hard choice. I always have at least summons as backup and then marrows are the right boots, but since you are going without summons you are pretty free to choose here.

Must have for nova necros. Also, hoto is far weaker for poisoners compared to Death's Web. And thats one of the things I like about necros, hoto doesnt really fit in anywhere.

First of all, I wouldn't suggest going the bone spear/poison nova as your bone spear wil not have enough power to do any good. Better ways are:
a. summon/pnova
b. pnova with gumby and a good bone armour (synergized by bonewall and bone prison)

In both cases there are some common equipment choices. I recommend 3 piece trang for -25% enemy poison resistance (trang shield is a must, belt, and gloves for obvious reasons - +25% poison damage and +2 curses). Beside that Death's web does wonders, Maras, Enigma and Shako.

As for the boots, I agree with McCain123 that Marrows are good for summon/pnova route (together with Arm of King Leoric and +3 boneflame on the switch to buff up summons). For pnova/gumby/bonearmour route that I prefer I'd suggest War travellers for the mf bounus as these necros are just made to run the pits! :thumbsup:

Read it- still lost. I am looking for the max amount of psn nova i can do. and is there a skill like, the druid got oak..or whatver allows him to boost life?

Nova is still viable but a little harder of a PVP build now that we have lost the spear/spirit flushing ability. Poison is great for most duels except high life barbs and bone necro's since they will be able to outrange you and there is no absorbing magic damage but the build is fun. There is a thread a while back on the poison nove build (old one) yet you will have o modify your chr somewhat.

No life boosting skill except using CTA. You could also get oak with nature's peace or Hoto.

I didn't get it at first. Is this for pvp or pvm?
for pvm use the setup I suggested. You can always socket everything with 5/5 poison facets.
For pvp there is a nice guide in the stickies I think.

I was assuming PVP only because with max nove and syn spear, etc. would sorta be worthless in a way. I may have been off, if so so sorry.

Sorry for the confusion. i am only interested in pvm, never liked pvp. Seems cocky players play that-by that, please,no one take offense. I just usually get cocky' ones.So anyways, Now that the items are pretty clear to me. Would anyone suggestion what skills to max? Ofcourse for psn nova mostly. secondary skill suggestions? Ohh.. and um i'm only level 3 but i like knowing ahead of time what i gotta do. I know about chaos running and glitch rushing..that is why i'm already in nm act5,jst havent found a 40+ player to help me wit glitch.

K then. If it's for pvm then u have 2 choices with poison nova:
a. with skellies and clay golem as a meat shields
b. just with clay golem and synergized bone armour
The point distribution I'd suggest is something like this:
common:
20 pdagger
20 pexplosion
20 pnova
1 in all curses
1 clay golem
1 golem mastery
1 summon resists

and
a.
1 skel mastery
20 raise skeleton

b.
1 bone armour
20 bone wall
rest into bone prision

Frame rate and breakpoints are connected. You have to hit a certain brakepoint to cast spells faster (or recover from a block) - animation takes less frames. Faster cast rate is not necessary needed for pnova as it has effect over time anyway. One place where it can be useful here is when teleporting but not worth it for pvm anyway.

Maxing curses is important, you can skip only AI curses on the left side of the curse tree. As poison nova necro you NEED the lower resist curse, so to get it you have to put 1pt in almost any curse. And only ope point in lr is sufficient. With + skills you must also get it to lvl 10, to break all immunities in a game that can be broken.
Clay golem is an excellent meat shield, cheap, slows enemy and big life. And as a poison necro you need at least one meat shield (not counting merc here) to be able to cast spels from afar.
Order, golem (+ mastery and summ resists) , 1 bone armour, then poison + corpse explosion away!

Attract can save you from quite a few "You have died, press ESC to continue" or even the deeds screen, same for DV. There is a point to using them.

Good point, gloams come to mind. Dim Vision does wonders here, or attract.

The order would be sth like this:
1 in: teeth, bonearmour, ampl damage, ce, clay
put points in p dagger and 1 in each curse as you lvl up
pexplosion, gmastery, rest into pdagger and explosion and 1 in curses, 1 summon res
max out pnova, then synergies
rest into bonewall and bone prision

I've 27 skill remaining, and of course den of evil,Radement,izzy,in all 3 diffciulties.

Although i have 186 of my stat points saved, i put enough (upto 84) so i can use Trang armor.
I'm using Trang armor,glove, a psn gc, soon trang shield, and mara and shako.

Hi m8, I really recommend putting 1 pt in gumby, golem mastery and summon resists. Helps a lot. And try to get the Vipermagi (I'm using it at the moment, got ber for enigma already :D ) before you acquire enigma. Use also 3 piece trang combo: gloves, belt and shield - you can't go wrong with this. I socketed trang shield with ptopaz for more lightning resists. :thumbsup:

Now i'm 68 and i got a couple free items here and there.Homocolus (necro shield) and runeword "white"
i'm using a Rare Kiara thingy +2 necro skills. 29 resis mara, Homocolus shield,trang glove,enigma,and some crappy Hwanin belt. ALMOST at my 75 for torch! :)! Yippe. and wout Torch,arach,sojs. i already do 5.5K psn nova.

My skills are the same,except now i got the psn dagger and psn explotion maxed out(20). It may be called something elsem the nane might be wrong,but its the tw skill below/above psn nova goes 17/20/20 wout items. once applied 32/34. Not to0 bad.I'll be happier to get Bramble and Death's Web. Oh Elmek what do you suggest on boots? Vidala for stamina bonus,necro seems a bit slow.Or trav? I found a Marrowwalk still kept it maybe thats a good one fr me?

As I mf a lot, I use wartravs. Not too shabby. If your resists suck, you can get also Nats boots or some nice rare boots with resists and other mods. Marrows are not too good it you don't use skellies.
And once you get the Death's Web, your life will change :D :thumbsup:
