Moo Moo farm cashes in

So i was doing a nm cow run to find some socketables for some low level rune words, my zon, lvl 74, who is my first hc char ever, cs'es some random cow and out pops an ist. This is the highest rune i have ever found from just playing the game and since this is my first char I don't know what to do with it. Any suggestions are welcome. Thx

4. accidentally put in 1os armor
5. keep on your zon instead of muling... die... smack self on forehead
