Not sure what they trade for, but I'm willing to offer a +15 max jewel (level 18 required) for the pair of them.
A note on the Swordguard, I do not care how much %ED it has. I'm much more interested in the +resists being closer to 20 than to 10, but it really doesn't make a big difference.
