HEll andy = mf hotspot of the month

Just got back into hc diablo2. Realizing that i must be over level 80 before night time, I leveld all day and now i am starting my nm mfing. mephy 20 times, diablo 10 times and baal 20 times.
list of items found:

titans, mavs gloves, ik maul,helm,gloves, frostiesx3,goldwrapx2, sigons set w/xtra armour, wardx2, spirit shroud, silks of victor, raven clawx2, and a vipermagi on the last baal.


well, this took my a while, so i got bored, and now my gear was rejuvanated, and i took a look at hell mfing, but i needed a bit of help, with bo, my buddys barb did hell mephy as i did andy, and within the first hour, BIG NAME items:

raven frost, shako, mavs helm and trangs belt, dudungos belt, vamp gloves.

Now, i dont know if its luck, but if u can handle nm baals, u can do hell andys, with a little skill and timing, shes easy as hell... no pun intended :clap:

Congrats. :) I've found that hell Andy is the most lucrative grouping of pixels to mf with my attention span.

That big tittied demon is nothing but Cruel to me this season . Iv'e tried her a bit this ladder and found Nothing too great .. Im sticking to Hell Meph as hes the easiest one for me to get to and easily killed ... Good Luck !!!

I've been spending all my time killing Hell Andy. I just haven't gotten any further in Hell on my own (one element sorceress), and even if I got a rush, I don't like teleporting through dolls - I don't care how much FCR I have.

So far the only really big name thing I've found has been T-Gods, which I promptly traded away to get better gear, namely a Wizzy. I need more magic find, too. I think I've got just a little over a hundred at the moment.

Just stick to it... If you're not strong enough to tele through a2 alone and with the aid of your merc, i'd not change more of my gear towards mf. :<

I actually get better drops questing per hour than MFing, so I tend to quest characters all the way through NM and Hell and then just MF everywhere.

when i mf i usually decide on what im gonna mf, either andy meph shenk w/e. and do like 100 runs just on them. simply raping them. then switch :rolleyes: andy gave me some good stuff in the past tho. this season, lets hope andy does it again :thumbsup: gogogogoog SoJ

The really annoying thing about this ladder season is that there is a reason to kill Nith besides having your name engraved on an item (oh woopee). This then makes it quite harder to do Pindel runs if your a Sorc, or nigh impossible to do them with any other character...

I personally like to do Eldritch/Shenk/Pindel since they're all on the same Act, and they're so damn easy to kill... now I have to make dedicated Pindel openers! Ah well.. he ~can~ drop good things, but doesn't mean he will.. but when you've got a Barb with 777% MF running behind ya using Find Item... its all good.

Out of curiousity, what character/build do you use for those types of runs? I tend to do longer MF runs too (not that long, but longer than most), usually using either a hammerdin or a usual sorceress.
