Skills:
20 Amplify Damage
20 Lower Resist

20 Weaken (or CE for easier leveling)
20 Life Tap (or Dim Vision for easier leveling)

1 Point into the other curses

Equipment: Im too lazy to name off the items, but you want teleport, 125% FCR, and skill level 50 in the above curses.

Purpose: Enter pubby duels and hostile everyone but enter the dueling area from a way point so you can stand back far away to cast and run.

The gigantic radius (about 36 yards) of all your curses will allow you to basically remain annonymous while everyone else is dueling, yet you'll still have a tremendous impact on the outcomes.

Furthermore, you'll be so far away you really won't know who you're "blessing" or who you're "cursing." Obviously Lower resist/weaken will help magic users, whereas amplify damage/life tap will help melee. One odd possibility is that two lifetapped melee'ers would end up in a draw!

Would be kind of fun to mess with people like this. They couldn't catch you either because you can teleport quickly and stay so far out of everyone's screen.

I wouldn´t bet on that. Sorcs and Barbs have better casting rates than necros and could catch you.

Weaken is a waste, as it is probably the "weakest" curse a necro has.

Wha apart from messing up duels could you do with that build? I guess not much.

True, the faster cast of barbs/sorceresses could be a challenge, but I can think of several ways to counteract that. Besides it's very difficult to catch someone that way when they are *almost* as fast as you.

Yes, messing up the pubby duels is the fun! (Well, for me at least it would be  ) Besides that? Well, let's see.... hmmm... seems like you'd be an excellent party member for starters.

All necros can be the best friend or the worst enemy of a party, that is true.

I still see problems with the messing part. To hit the duellers with your curses, you would have to get as close as two screens to them. They would know, you are there and two screens means two teleports and they are toe to toe with you. With 105% fcr, which every sorc will at least have when duelling, this will happen in 0.64 seconds. You will need good reflexes to get away in time.

I´m not trying to talk you out of it, but I guess you will get killed yourself more than occasionally.

Only two screens away? I thought I would be a bit farther away. Still, I'll be moving nearly constantly making it all that much more difficult to catch me. Also it's not like I'll be easily killed in one shard of an orb or anything.

Come to think about it, having a few bodies around might make it downright dangerous for anyone to get too close if CE is substituted for weakness/lifetap as stated above.... KABOOM!!!!

Correct me if im wrong but you cant use CE on other players body's. I think its just for monsters. Also I know you want curses with a gigantic radius but Decrepify would be much more irritating. Lastly, I expect you will drop this build once players realize what your up to and start triple teaming you. It doesnt matter how fast you can tele with almost everyone chasing you. If you wonder why they will chase you its because tatics like that are really looked down on. It also wont be hard for them to kill you since you have no offensive attack.

Oh definitely I know that I'd be chased, but sometimes my mood is such that I feel like it would still be fun: the game would turn into "Kill that @#$%@&* Necro" game :D

CE would be for monsters that happen to leave their corpses around. And if I do get killed-- leave game, get bod, rinse and repeat.

This while idea works best while partying with a PVP in Town Bear Summoning Druid

I admire your optimism but I just cant see you enjoying this buildd if you die after getting a few curses off. One Faith zon, a competent barb, a windy, etc.... will down you fast. As far as the minon idea goes it wont really work since it is not too difficult to get through them and reach you. I would say try a different class if you want to be that guy that pisses people off.

Maybe... but I think I can still out make it extremely difficult for people to catch me with some tricky teleporting... it's just not that easy to catch a good evasive teleporter. I'll likely test the build when I get enough curse charms.

Its a shame iron maiden is nurfed so badly. Blizzard apparently did not like the idea of a cursemancer. Also if you want to make a duel messed up use Lifetap (no joke this will make someone's life miserable if you hit them with this). Seriously consider lifetap.

It seems like a fun idea, but the radius isn't that huge... and you'd be public enemy numero uno. You're not much useful in PvM (if you ever decide to go there) without attacks anyway, since you're all curses. I'd say go for it if you'd like. ;D

PS: "Patamon digi-volve to... Angemon!!! Hand of Fate! Hiyaerghhhhhh!!!" XD

Very nice idea but heres a few twinks id make in it if where you.

1. Ditch weaken it doenst do a hole lot for you.
2. Get bone prison so not only can you make them slow and cursed but make them trapped in a "arena of dueling" until one of the two poor meleers dies.
3.Get poision nova, might as well have a bit of an offensive attack, if they cahse you spam nova and teleport away, this will turn into god damn necro curses everybody and ruins duels. Stupid *** poision!
