Question about Bramble.

I'm wonderering about the Bramble rune word, specifically the Thorns aspect of it. Say if I had my Thorns skill already maxed out at twenty, would the Thorns aura in Bramble stack on top of this, boosting if beyond that.

No. If you have a runeword giving you an aura, and you also have points spent in the same aura, they wont stack.
You can never make auras of the same type stack this way. They can stack if you have items giving you the same aura however. (Dream shield + Dream helm means lvl 2*15=30 holy shock.)

Auras from items can not be boosted from skills invested in it.
They do get bonuses from points into synergies though. (thorns doesnt have synergies, but you understand...)
