Hi, does anyone know what determines the level of traps that a shadow warrior/master uses?
Perhaps it's related to just the slvl of the shadow, or is it tied to the slvl of my traps?
I'm not sure about shadow warrior, but the shadow master is (SM Level + Your skill level / 2) and rounded down.
If you have 20 in lit sentry, and 20 in shadow master, It would be
(20 + 20)/2 = 20 slvl for lit sentry cast by shadow
With 10 in lit sentry, and 20 in shadow master, it would be
(20 + 10)/2 = 15 slvl for lit sentry cast by shadow
Also, SM will more often cast/use skills that you have points in. The more points, the more often that skill is used...
No, and this question is answered in the FAQ.
Both minions cast at (Shadow_lvl)/3 + (Your_lvl)/2
We are fairly certain that shadows are not capped by the same synergy restrictions since their "base" level can go over 20 by using the above formula. In order for the Shadow to get synergies, she must use a spell first. Shadow level is determined at the time you cast her (equal to slvl), and your level seems to be recalculated every time she uses the skills.
Hope that helps.
