Uber Smiter Gear: Help me choose!

I'm building a smiter to run ubers. Currently at level 81 he has on:

-Weapon: Last Wish with 65% cb
-Armor: perfect CoH
-Shield: Exile protector shield with no resists
-Gloves: Draculs
-Belt: Dungos
-Helm: Crown of Theives
-Rings: Raven Frost, Nature's Peace
-Amulet: Maras
-Boots: Gore rider
I have access to the following items:
Weapon: Grief 30ias ~360 ed, Doom ~360 ed
Armor: Fortitude, Guardian Angel, Duress archon plate ~175 EDefense
Shield: Upped HoZ, Exile sacred targe low 20 resists
Belt: Thundergods, Arachnid
Helmet: Guillaume's Face, low Shako
Amulet: Metalgrid 30 resis, Highlords
Boots: pretty much all the uniques

I understand you need high CB and life tap with the ubers plus high resistances. What would be your optimum setup here? Primarily I need help choosing the right weapon/armor/shield.

weapon - grief pb
armor - archon coh or fort if u can take the resists
shield - eth up'd hoz or eth zak/vortex exile WITH resists (45 pref), u dont need ed/ar for smiters as those are made for zealots.
helm - berber coa or um'd guillames for the cb
ring - NOT nature peace as the RIP mod wont work in trist, use raven and bk
ammy - highlords
stash - A lot of resist charms since i can see that ur not getting much resists off those items since ur shield has no resists.

Just prebuff with Treach runeword and that will give you lvl 15 fade (60 all resists) for about 5 minutes. Should give you enough time to take down all 3.

I've killed the ubers 4 times now w/ groups from 2 to 4 and here's what I use.
weap- Eth Death Zerker Axe
armor- duress ap
shield- upped hoz w/ PDiamond (Um is a waste)
helm- G's face w/ Um
rings- P BK, P raven
ammy- Highlords
gloves- Laying of Hands (350% dmg to demons)
boots- Marrowalk (lifetap charges)
stash- resist sc's
switch- 6-5-1 cta/ Spirit Shield

I use marrows b/c of the str/dex and LIFETAP CHARGES. this way you can lifetap w/o switching stuff and buff yourself again should you need to. (your commrads pull all 3 ubers for instance).

I'm pretty sure this maxes cb.

You have or have access in very good gear.Here is a mix of those you've mentioned that i favour. But really you can equip 3-4 effective uber killers with all those items. Since you are a smiter keep cb 50%+ your speed at 6fpa,have resists and life tap.

Grief pb
Guil face helm
fortitude armor (coh for resists)
Gore boots
metalgrid (or mara's,depends on resists perhaps)
exile sacred targe 20 all res (again zaka could be used for resists)
craft blood gloves with resists and crushing blow. I think laying of hands (or damage mods from coh) doesn't affect smite damage.Draculs if you don't use exile.
raven/bk sounds neat too.
ik belt or verdungo or tgods,they all have pros and cons.

Helm: Guillaumes, UM
Rings: 1xRaven, 1xBK
Ammy: Maras
Boots: Gores (I do like the marrowwalk suggestion)
Gloves: LoH or Dracs
Belt: . . .honestly I’ll stick with willhelms, dual leech helps if you get mobbed by non-ubers.

i dont think that u can ll off smiting unless ur counting zealing here as second choice.
otherwise dungos are teh way to go.
last wish is only good if its in a pb if ur a smiter. too bad they're so hard to find these days.
shield i chose eth zak exile 40 resists, just as good as hoz or better i figure.

Actually, I use last wish in a zerker and do quite well in trist.
I was assuming zeal for non-uber minions for the leech part.

yea, well i prefer pb due to it having more ias if i can ever get one, otherwise zerk would also do, hate it cuz it breaks so fast when in trist :lol:
