New hybrid?

Aight I thought of something new today while I ws blazin it. I thought maby to make a ww sin with Pheonix and Fliying Dragon as the main attacks (and WW). Not sure if its been made yet, but the idea sounds really cool and I've thought of alot of strategies that I could use with this build (PvP and PvM). Not sure if it would be viable through hell(maby not even nightmare) ,but the idea sounds fun and I think it would. What you guys think of this?

20 Claw master
20 Pheonix
20 Flying dragon
20 Weapon block
20 Fade or Venom

A few things to work on:

Phoenix Strike is very weak unsynergized.

Charging up in PvP is next to impossible - most builds will kill you by that time.
