n00b socket question: Crescent Moon

I haven’t found or cubed a 3 socket phase blade to use with Crescent Moon - -
3 Socket Axes/Swords/Polearms. I have found a 3 socket Crowbill. Do“Axes” includes all in the list ?

After reading over the RW rules section at bnet i would say yes. You can find the info here:http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/items/runewords.shtml Also, have you tried running the Pit in hell, with no MF gear on? That and hell cows are two good places to look for elite socketables.

Thanks for the info / link. Maces, Hammers and Clubs are the ones to be careful with.

I will try the Pit for a few runs without any MF gear.

You'll run across one sooner or later, don't settle for the first three socket weapon you come upon because you will regret it later. :thumbsup:
