View Full Version : Dragon Talon or Tiger Strike

Well, according to lots of people i have been talking to, the best martial arts are Dragon Talon, and Tiger Strike. I was just curious, what is the best in your oppinion? The charge or the kick?

Why is dragon talon better? You totally lose your purpose of using claws. What about a natalya sin. Is she better with dragon talon too?

I think that either can be better, based on what you are trying to do with it. If you just want a HUGE amount of damage, go Tiger Strike + Dragon Tail. If you are looking for a FAST way to apply stuff like venom, CTC effects, CB, OW, etc, you are definitely going to want Dragon Talon.

One isn't really better than the other.

how about just maxing both? for coolness, take the groups down with kick, and take the bosses down with tiger strike? eh? EH!?!?!

Don't you mean the other way? Kick is usually used as boss killers, for good reasons too. Think CB + OW + fast kick = gg boss.

Normally it is one or the other. If you charge up TS, and then kick to release, the charges are only released on the first charge. By doing this, you end up doing less damage than if you had stuck to one skill.

I ask you this; When have you ever dueled a good kicker that was using nats over forti/enigma, beast, storm/sanc and upg gores/shadow dancers?

Nat's boots defeat the purpose of making a godly kicker out of the set.

...but the damage isn't. It would be akin to making an uber smiter and using the short sword you start the game with.
