As Evrae Altana said, it won't do that. But wouldn't that be amazing? I always thought that was where Blizzard was going. I believe that if it had be possible back when the game was made, we might have seen something similiar to Half-life 2's Gravity gun.

Hopefully, in D3, Blizzard makes the physics upgrade and let us really manipulate far off items with the skill.
