The ultimate PK light sorc.

Hello all, i am building a 200 fcr pvp light sorc because i believe they are one of the top builds right now in pvp. Light sorcs have been shrugged off as weak, and i would somewhat agree, IF the caster has less than 200 fcr. Once at this 200 fcr framerate, the pvp light sorc soars above most popular pvp builds of 1.11.

Stats: (note: this build requires hellfire torch and annihilus for maximum potential.)

Strength: Relies on our gear. Try to get AS MUCH +Str gear as possible. 10FCR rings with +10 or more to strength are great additions to this build.
Dexterity: Since we are not pvm and no stormshield here, leave this at base.
Vitality: As much points as possible. Not rocket science.
Energy: Base.

Skills:

20 Telekenesis
1 Energy Shield
20 Lightning (and max synergies for maximum dmg)
20 Lightning Mastery

Note: You MUST have an infinity merc for this build to be successful in pvp. it takes time to learn how to avoid death with your merc. be sure to equip him with the best possible gear.

current merc gear:
eth infinity CV
eth fortitude boneweave
eth vampire gaze bone visage (looking for eth andy's)

GEAR: (note: this gear is basically a standard, little can be changed to keep the 200 fcr framerate.)

Helm: Light Facet Griffon's Eye (25%)
Armor: Up'd Um'd Skin of the Vipermagi (30%) (people like to use COH dusk shroud here, i only use it when ultimately necessary for the resists, otherwise fcr > resists "kill them before they kill you")
Weapon: Light Facet Eschuta's Temper (against pally/barb) (40%) / HOTO (against sorcs) (40%)
Shield: Perfect Spirit Monarch (35%)
Belt: Arachnid Mesh (20%)
Gloves: Magefists (20%)
Rings: x2 10% FCR rings. (preferably with +STR, resist all, life, mana) My current rings: 10 fcr, 15 to strength, 7 res all, and 10 fcr, 13 to strength, 11 res all, 9 to mana.
Amulet: x1 10% FCR amulet. (preferably with +sorc skills, resist all, life, mana) My current amulet: x2 to sorc skills, 10 fcr, 4 res all, 14 cr, 15 to life
x9 Lightning Skill GC's
Hellfire Torch Sorceress
Annihilus Small Charm
x15 +20 to life SC's

With this setup you reach exactly 200% FCR and have extremely high lightning dmg. plz give me any suggestions/comments/flames.

You're including a merc with this build? Prepare to be BMed.. -.-

Also, your FHR is low. WW characters/Kickers/Trappers will lock you up and then you're screwed, since there is no way to get out. The only FHR I see is from the Spirit. If you're going to make the 'ultimate' guide, then you'd include SCs that had dual bonuses, i.e. life/mana or mana/FHR etc. etc.

I'd say drop the Griffons for a +3 light 20% FCR circ w/ Shael Shael. That'll take you well past the 7 frame FHR bp and allow you to have all your SCs life/mana. GC's would be light lifers, bringing your HP up further. Rings would be based on str/mana/life.

Weapon switch is CTA + spirit, as usual.

Also, what level is your build based on?
And another thing, you can't have 9 GCs + torch and annihilus and 15 SCs. That's 45 spaces and the max is 40.

I agree i need more FHR. I have a couple small charms that have FHR i will probably add.

One thing though, about your suggestion to drop Griffon's Eye, that would only bring me to 195% fcr thus making most of it pointless if i'm not going to go for 200%. It's an interesting idea about the circlet with shaelshael, but i really do not want to drop below 200%fcr.

Obviously yes, the "ULTIMATE" guide would use x9 lightning Gc's w/ 40 to life, and x10 +20 life/+20 mana SC's, but come on that's dreaming I didn't think you'd take the 'ultimate' that seriously.

Thanks for your comments, any additional help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, about the Griffons: I forgot to add that if you dropped it you'd need a 15%+ FCR ammy instead of a 10% base. :]

Merc doesn't really need possible gear since they will ALWAYS die in one to two hits from any pvp chars. Keeping him alive relies on your teleporting skills, and yes, most people find using a merc BM.

Also you can't get 20life/20mana scs. Only 20life/17mana scs.

Also why are you using ES when you are planning on using all your stats in vit. That entirely loses the purpose of ES.

Reread the guide on ES Light sorsc.

Yeah, I forgot about the ES thing: Pure Vit is something you want if you're going to not have Eshield. Otherwise points into Energy is better, since then you'll have a giant mana pool to act as a buffer between you and death. :]
