Must have +1 Amazon Skills
Other mods must include some combination of Life, Strength, and/or Dexterity equalling 50+ Life (str/dex counting as 3 each).
After that, Resists and Mana would be nice, but not absolutely necessary.
Must be Required Level 38 or Lower.
