pls help me with a cube recepie

For dueling ppl use jeweler's monarch shields 4 os (magic quality) with increased chances to block and faster block rates.
Now can anyone tell me how one can get one of those by using the cube and what the cube recepie would be?Should the monarch have the 4 os before its cubed or it will obtain sockets after being cubed?

It would be this recipe:

3 Perfect Gems + Magic Item

The Magic Item would be a Monarch with a sufficient ilvl.

This recipe does not guarantee the Jeweler's prefix and the Deflecting suffix.

As for the socket question, if you do manage to roll the "Jeweler's" prefix on a cube, it will get four sockets, so you don't have to worry about that. It doesn't matter if it is socketed via a prefix prior to the cubing.

By the way, unless your mom is Lady Luck, you'll be burning hundreds of Perfect Gems before you ever see one. I'd suggest rolling Grand Charms instead. :lol:

Magical item (blue) +3 PGems=new magical item of the same type.

Find any magical Monarch, transmute with 3 PGems, and repeat until you get the desired mods. No, you don't have to use one with 4 sockets already in it.
