How does Fanatism from Faith increase IAS?

I have used the calcutar on ingame.diablo2.xxxx.xxx to calculate how much ias is needed to fire 7fps. It says I only need 95% from gear to get 7fps, but I don't understand how 34% from lvl 14 fana + 95 ias from gear will add up to 300, which is needed to hit 7fps with GMB?

So how does 14 fanatism make 95 ias be like 300 ?

Simple. IAS from skills like fanat ignores diminishing returns, regular ias does not.

Fanaticism adds directly to EIAS (base WSM also adds to it, but it goes like "-30 WSM = +30EIAS"), while WIAS and OIAS only add a bit to the EIAS when you have a lot of them, because of diminishing returns.
