Question on where to find a 3os Dusk Shroud

I need to know where is the best place to find a 3os dusk shroud(grey for rune word). I want to make a Peace rune word but I can’t seem to find the elusive 3os Dusk Shroud, Wire Fleece, Scarab Husk, or Wyrmhide. So does anyone know where the best place to find these is? I want to find one so I don’t have to trade for one.

Pick up a cracked/low quality Dusk Shroud, upgrade it, get it socketed. Same for Wire Fleece, Scarab Husk, and Wyrmhide.
