pvp hybrid amazon

i just got back to diablo2 after about a 3 year break. i'm looking to make my first character as a hybrid pvp amazon ( javelin and bow ). i'm thinking about getting the 120/45ias helmet and the 160/60ias helmet too. i really need help on what to get, and what skills/stats i need to be a hybrid.. or if a hybrid isn't good at all then i won't make one. thanks.

I made a poison/bow char before and it seemed effective. Nail them with the poison cloud and shoot them down.

Though the poison javs are imcredibly hard to aim.

These will probably take quite a bit of skill to use with variables like timing, being two steps ahead of the opponent, weapon switching to finish, and whatnot.
