4-socket shields

I'm trying to make the "Spirit" Runeword.. need a 4-socket shield.

I can't find 'em at the vendors.

Where can I find it? Which difficulty/Act levels? Thanks!

There's only two normal shields (that is, non-paladin shields) that I can think of that will be able to have 4 sockets. Both of these are in the elite base item group: the Monarch and the Ward.

You won't be able to buy these from vendors. Instead, you'll need to find them out in the field. If you find a White monarch in Hell anywhere, you'll be able to use the larzuk socket quest to get 4 sockets.

Oh my goodness...

I found quite a few Ward and Monarch (non-socketed) some time back but I ignored it.. I didn't know Larzuk quest could give 4 sockets.
